MC Help Desk Reports will reflect all work order tickets that are in-process and/or completed, including the details behind every task performed. MC Help Desk is the central point where work orders are received and dispatched to the appropriate team member(s). Our automation technology disburses work tickets through our field associates' mobile devices to assure that all work orders are resolved and closed in a timely manner. YARDI Reports will reflect financial and commercial analytic reporting. YARDI is a property, asset and financial management system with a real-time dashboard to support and document information on your facility's reporting portfolio. |
